Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and About ValVoice
Welcome to ValVoice. ValVoice (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a commercial desktop software utility developed and operated by an independent software developer under the public brand ValVoice. ValVoice is a Windows application designed to convert VALORANT in-game text chat into spoken voice using local visual screen recognition (OCR) and text-to-speech technology.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or purchasing ValVoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the software.
2. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
ValVoice is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Riot Games, Inc., VALORANT, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The official VALORANT website can be found at playvalorant.com. The name VALORANT as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
ValVoice is a third-party accessibility and communication utility that operates externally using visual screen recognition (OCR) and local audio routing. It does not modify, inject into, hook, or interact directly with the VALORANT game files, network traffic, or memory space.
3. Software Licensing and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your selected plan tier, ValVoice grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and execute the ValVoice software for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes on compatible Windows operating systems.
Electronic Delivery: ValVoice is delivered digitally via electronic download. Access to the software is provided electronically.
4. Acceptable Use Restrictions
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the ValVoice software.
- You may not use ValVoice to broadcast abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal audio content through in-game voice communication channels.
- You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or publicly host access to the ValVoice software.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your in-game communication complies with Riot Games’ Terms of Service and Community Code of Conduct.
5. Plans, Billing, and Merchant of Record
ValVoice is available under different plan tiers as displayed on our official pricing page, including a Free tier, recurring Pro subscriptions (billed monthly or annually), and a Lifetime one-time purchase option.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each recurring billing interval (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time before the renewal date through your customer billing portal or by contacting support. Canceling a subscription stops all future recurring charges; your software access will remain active through the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle.
- Lifetime License: The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that does not automatically renew. It grants access to ValVoice for the operational lifespan of the product without recurring subscription fees.
Merchant of Record & Payment Processing: Payments, transactions, and order fulfillment for paid ValVoice plans are conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle Payments Ltd). When purchasing through our checkout, Paddle is the Merchant of Record responsible for order processing, billing inquiries, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT collection in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms. For transaction lookups, subscription management, or billing support, customers can also access paddle.net.
6. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Because ValVoice consists of digital software delivered electronically, digital purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable local consumer protection laws (including statutory remedies for software that is defective, inoperable, or fails to function on supported systems). If you encounter technical defects that our support team cannot resolve, please contact us at valorantvoiceofficials@gmail.com.
7. Intellectual Property
The ValVoice software, including its user interface, graphics, proprietary code, audio routing algorithms, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of ValVoice and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VALVOICE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ValVoice, its developer, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of game accounts, or system interruptions resulting from your use or inability to use the software.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the ValVoice software if you breach these Terms or engage in unauthorized distribution or misuse. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all installed copies.
