Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
1. Introduction and Merchant of Record
ValVoice (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Windows desktop software utility operated by an independent software developer under the public brand ValVoice.
Current Status & Integration: The ValVoice desktop utility is currently available for free evaluation. Online commercial checkout for paid subscription and lifetime plans is currently undergoing onboarding and pre-activation configuration. Once commercial checkout is activated on this website, all transactions, billing inquiries, and refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.
Paddle as Merchant of Record: Commercial payments, subscriptions, invoicing, and refunds for paid ValVoice plans are conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle Payments Ltd). When you purchase a ValVoice plan, your transaction is subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or approved in accordance with Paddle’s policies, transactions for digital software downloads and recurring subscriptions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once completed.
ValVoice does not offer an unconditional voluntary money-back guarantee beyond statutory consumer rights and verified Paddle refund policies. Furthermore:
- Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
- If a refund is processed and approved for any transaction, access to the corresponding paid software entitlement and features will cease.
3. Subscription Cancellation and Renewals
For customers on recurring Pro subscription tiers (monthly or annual billing intervals):
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each recurring billing interval at the then-current price unless you cancel prior to the scheduled renewal date.
- Cancellation Procedure: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time before your next billing date. You can cancel directly by clicking the “Manage subscription” link in your order confirmation email or by visiting paddle.net.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Your access to ValVoice Pro will remain fully accessible until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing period.
- Cancellation vs. Refund: Canceling a recurring subscription stops future billing renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for previously billed subscription periods.
4. One-Time Lifetime Purchases
The ValVoice Lifetime plan is a single one-time purchase that does not automatically renew and incurs no recurring subscription fees. Because digital software access is granted upon delivery, one-time lifetime purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where the product suffers from an unresolvable defect.
5. Statutory Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your non-waivable statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws. If mandatory consumer legislation in your jurisdiction provides for statutory withdrawal or cancellation, those legal rights take precedence.
- European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom: Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from digital content and service contracts. This right applies to one-off purchases and the initial payment of a new subscription.
- Digital Content Exception: Under EU and UK consumer regulations (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or accessed, provided you gave your express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal at checkout.
- UK Annual Renewals: For consumers in the UK who maintain an annual subscription, a statutory 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal applies starting on the day the subscription auto-renews for another year.
- Other International Jurisdictions: Where local consumer protection laws provide unconditional statutory cancellation periods (such as specific cooling-off windows in South Korea, Brazil, China, Canada, or Singapore), those statutory periods apply in accordance with Paddle’s country-specific rules. For consumers in India, statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 apply in cases of deficient service or misrepresentation.
- Statutory Refund Processing: Where an eligible statutory withdrawal right is exercised, refunds are processed by Paddle within 14 days of receiving your valid request, using the original payment method where feasible.
6. Technical Defects and Defective Software
If you encounter persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents ValVoice from operating as advertised on supported Windows systems:
- Contact Support First: Please reach out to ValVoice technical support at valorantvoiceofficials@gmail.com with details regarding your Windows OS version, hardware setup, and error descriptions. We will actively work with you to diagnose and resolve the issue.
- Paddle Escalation: If a material technical or product defect cannot be resolved and renders the software unusable as described, you may contact Paddle support via paddle.net with details of the defect and correspondence. In accordance with Section 4 of the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle will issue a refund where there is evidence of an unresolvable material defect under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Paddle Discretionary Refund Reviews
Under Section 7 of the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests submitted within 14 days of your transaction date on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee approval. Paddle evaluates relevant factors such as the nature of the digital product, transaction history, and reasons provided. Any discretionary refund granted by Paddle is voluntary and does not establish a precedent for future transactions.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact ValVoice support or visit paddle.net prior to requesting a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, access to the software entitlement may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.
